I believe life is both complicated and simple.
I lead complex business transformations, helping organizations navigate change at a global scale. I started my career in project management, and while my role has evolved, that Project Manager brain never really left.
I ask a lot of questions, I like figuring out why things happen, looking at things from different angles, and making complicated things a little simpler.
Turns out, I do the same thing with everyday life.
Relationships. Decisions. Change. Overthinking. Getting older. Other people. Myself.
That way of thinking is a big part of what became ForTheNotes.
What I’ve Learned
I've learned that we don't need to have everything figured out to navigate life well. And we definitely don't need everything to be going well to enjoy it.
Sometimes we need to ask a better question.
Sometimes we need a different perspective.
Sometimes we need to make a decision and see where it takes us.
And sometimes, we need to stop analyzing and just enjoy what's already here.
